Thank you for your interest in our restaurant.Since opening in April 2001, the pearl of the orient has become recognised by many as Cardiff’s premier oriental restaurant.

Situated in the opulent surroundings of Cardiff Bay’s Mermaid Quay development it offers discerning customers the finest Cantonese,Peking, Malaysian and Szechwan cuisine in contemporary relaxed surroundings.

Our extensive menu features mouthwatering meals, some are familiar to western customers, for example, crispy aromatic duck and sweet and sour prawns - however, in addition, there are forays into cuisine that does not often appear on British menus with dishes such as Malaysian baked whole fish in banana leaf or stewed duck with supreme "Shaolin Monks" mixed vegetables.Whatever your tastes you can be assured that we have something that will tantalise your tastebuds, please refer to our menu for more information.
